We are looking for 3 graduate trainees to join our sales and growth team. The main responsibilities of a Sales and Growth team member will revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade them to purchase our products
Key Tasks and Roles
- Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product
- Seeking new opportunities through networking, cold calling and social media channels.
- Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through website, emails, ad campaigns, and inbound calls
- Setting up meetings with prospective clients and presenting product/service demonstrations to clients during meetings
- Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product/ service
- Guiding customers for suitable product/ service package selection based on their requirements and use case
- Creating and managing a sales pipeline as a reflection of the sales prospects and process
- Achieving set target and KPIs
Knowledge and experience
- Passionate about sales
- Tech savvy and willing to learn and grow
- Fast Learner and quick thinker with ability to adapt to different scenarios
- Self motivated and goal oriented to deliver results
- Understanding of negotiating techniques and selling tactics
- Ability to create long term relationships with clients.
- Effective Communication skills
- Fluent in English and Swahili, fluency in French will be an added advantage.
Education and Professional Qualification
- Should have completed all coursework for their Bachelors degree in B.Com, Economics, IT or any technology related course, Bachelor of Arts or any related field.
- Should NOT have graduated more than 1 year ago
- Knowledge of current market trends is a plus
