Now, beginning in January 2025, we’re making significant improvements to our support services to ensure that no organization falls behind when it comes to receiving the skilled assistance they require.

What’s Changing?

Last year, customers who opted for an Annual/ Semi Annual or Quarterly Prepayment of their Google Workspace received complimentary Standard Support Bundle, a premium service valued at $100 per month. This included comprehensive technical assistance, allowing our customers to effectively manage their Google Workspace environments without the technical overhead, allowing you to focus on your core business.

To ensure we continue to deliver the highest standards of service to our growing base of 450+ customers, we are transitioning to a sustainable and affordable paid support model. This new model allows us to maintain operational excellence and ensures that we can continue to provide the expert support you have come to expect from Pawa IT Solutions.

This updated support model will be applied beginning with your upcoming Google Workspace renewal.

  • Flexible Pay-As-You-Go Option

For clients who prefer flexibility, our pay-as-you-go model allows you to access support only when you need it. You’ll be billed transparently for the specific services requested, ensuring fair pricing without unnecessary costs.

  2. How will these changes impact existing contracts or agreements?
    For customers with existing agreements that include complimentary support, the updated pricing will be applied upon renewal. Our team will reach out ahead of time to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns.

  3. If I choose pay as you go and I want to activate 3 licenses shall I pay a unit cost for each or will it be per support request
    For Pay-As-You-Go, charges are applied per support request. If your request involves activating three licenses in one instance, you will be billed as one request, not individually for each license.

  4. What if I don’t want the standard support bundle? How can I access support?
    If you prefer not to subscribe to the Standard Support Bundle, you can opt for the Pay-As-You-Go model. This allows you to access support services as needed, paying only for the specific assistance you require.

  5. Is the $10 monthly Standard Support Plan fee charged per user or per domain?
    The $10 monthly fee applies per domain, making it a cost-effective option for organizations with multiple users.

  6. What does the Standard Support Plan cover, and how does it benefit my organization?
    The Standard Support Plan provides essential support services, including user account management, annual utilization reports, guaranteed response times of two hours under an SLA, and enhanced support tailored to your business needs. This ensures smooth Google Workspace operations without adding technical overhead.

  7. How does the Pay-As-You-Go model work for services outside the Standard Plan?
    With Pay-As-You-Go, you’ll be billed transparently for specific services outside the Standard Plan. Each service, such as data migration or security audits, has a predefined cost listed in our Support Bundles breakdown.

  8. How does the new support pricing ensure quality and affordability?
    The new pricing allows us to maintain high-quality service by allocating resources effectively while keeping costs accessible. By introducing an affordable Standard Plan and a flexible Pay-As-You-Go model, we can serve businesses of all sizes without compromising on service standards.

  9. Can I change from the pay-as-you-go to the standard support bundle or vice versa?
    You can upgrade from pay-as-you-go to standard support with a prorated charge. However, you cannot downgrade from standard support back to pay-as-you-go, as standard support is an annual commitment tied to your yearly invoice.

  10. What happens if I require urgent support outside of business hours?
    Both the Standard Support Plan and Pay-As-You-Go model include support for urgent requests. Response times are guaranteed under the SLA, and our team is equipped to handle critical issues promptly.

  11. Will training and consultancy services be included in the Standard Support Plan?
    No, specialized training and consultancy services are not included in the Standard Plan. These services, such as personalized product training or Google Workspace Security Incidence Audits, are available on a Pay-As-You-Go basis.

  12. What happens if I do not renew my support plan?
    If you do not renew your support plan, you will not have access to the benefits of the Standard Support Bundle. However, you can still use the Pay-As-You-Go model for incident-based support as needed.
