The Challenge
Embarking on expansion to four strategic business units in Retail, Wholesale, Humanitarian Aid Supply and Garment Production, SKLD faced challenges related to communication and collaboration for its workforce. SKLD needed to modernize its email and communication platform to support its transformation strategy.
